The Phase 3 Leachate Treatment Plant project on the remote Island of Kodiak, Alaska includes erecting a 11,000 square-foot
Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) supplied by the owner. Constructed on a concrete foundation, the building will measure 127′ long by 87′ wide and be 28′ high. Our work scope includes constructing a leachate pump station, placing yard piping and installing utilities for the Leachate Treatment Plant, in addition to a variety of associated sitework. ASKW will receive and install an Owner-procured Membrane Equipment System, along with the associated mechanical, electrical and control system components. Overall construction requires coordination of work with the Phase 2 contractor, and management of all work scopes, self-performed and subcontractor-performed sitework, concrete, paintings and coating, mechanical, electrical and controls.
